Place Elysée was founded in 1981 by Mr. Biagio Pennino, an entrepreneur known for his residential and commercial projects throughout Montreal. For over 40 years, we have established strong relationships with our tenants, suppliers, neighbours and our community.
Many of our tenants have occupied spaces in the property for over 30 years which is a testimony to our relations. At Place Elysee our focus is to create a user favourable experience. We thrive to maintain the property clean, safe where the building tenants are at home, ready for business and welcome their clients.
